مقدمة:

تُقدّم منصة هداياي (Hadaya.AI) تجربة اجتماعية تجارية ذكية تساعد المستخدمين على استكشاف المنتجات والعروض ومشاركتها ضمن دوائرهم الاجتماعية، باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والموقع الجغرافي.

تحترم هداياي خصوصيتك، وتلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية وفق أعلى المعايير الأمنية المعتمدة محليًا وعالميًا، بما يتوافق مع لوائح حماية البيانات الصادرة عن الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (SDAIA) والأنظمة ذات العلاقة.

البند الأول: جمع المعلومات

نجمع بعض البيانات لتقديم أفضل تجربة ممكنة، وتشمل:

• معلومات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال، أو بيانات الدخول عبر Google/Apple.
• الموقع الجغرافي: لتقديم توصيات مخصصة بناءً على موقعك الحالي والعروض القريبة.
• اهتماماتك وسلوكك داخل التطبيق: مثل المنتجات التي تشاهدها، تضيفها إلى البورد، أو تشاركها.
• محتوى المستخدم: الصور، التعليقات، أو التوصيات التي تنشرها داخل دوائرك الاجتماعية.

البند الثاني: استخدام المعلومات

تُستخدم البيانات للأغراض التالية:

• تخصيص تجربة المستخدم وتحسين التوصيات بالاعتماد على الذكاء الاصطناعي.
• عرض منتجات أو عروض قريبة جغرافيًا.
• تمكين التواصل والمشاركة بين المستخدمين داخل التطبيق.
• إرسال إشعارات ذكية بالعروض أو التحديثات ذات الصلة.
• حماية أمان الحسابات والكشف عن الأنشطة غير المصرح بها.

البند الثالث: مشاركة البيانات

قد تشارك هداياي بيانات محدودة فقط في الحالات التالية:

• مع شركاء موثوقين (الموردين والمتاجر) لغرض تنفيذ الطلبات أو تقديم العروض، بشرط التزامهم بسياسات الخصوصية.
• مع مزودي الخدمات التقنية (مثل خدمات التحليل أو البريد الإلكتروني) لتحسين الأداء.
• عند وجود متطلبات نظامية أو قانونية من الجهات المختصة في المملكة.

ولا تقوم المنصة أبدًا ببيع أو الإفصاح عن بيانات المستخدمين لأغراض تجارية خارجية.

البند الرابع: حماية البيانات

تُطبّق هداياي أحدث إجراءات الأمان:

• تشفير البيانات أثناء النقل والتخزين.
• مراقبة مستمرة لمحاولات الوصول غير المصرّح بها.
• تحديثات أمنية دورية لحماية المنصة والمستخدمين.

البند الخامس: حقوق المستخدم

يحق للمستخدمين:

• الوصول إلى بياناتهم الشخصية.
• تعديل أو حذف بياناتهم عند الرغبة.
• إلغاء الاشتراك في الإشعارات أو حذف الحساب بالكامل من التطبيق.

البند السادس: التعديلات

تحتفظ هداياي بحق تعديل هذه السياسة عند الحاجة، وسيتم إشعار المستخدمين عند إجراء أي تغييرات جوهرية.
